What about just keeping the jsons beside vita-elf-create in the bin folder like how we are doing it now and having vita-elf-create use those by default?
Then for homebrews if the argument for the json is not presented, it uses the one that's in the bin folder. That way it's optional and if we need to use custom nids for any reason, we can specify whatever nid db without modifying the nids shipped with the sdk.

The idea is that homebrew should be able to pass some NIDs in addition to the existing ones. I don't really adding .json files to the bin directory since, well, it's for binaries.

bin folder is for binaries. share folder is for support non-binaries. share makes way more sense than bin.
