File references in logs and meta about dbxlogger HOT 2 CLOSED

I've added support to log ExpFiles:

# exp = Exp...
# logger = exp.logger()
file = exp.file("file_name", "w")
with file as f:
    print("some content", file=f)
logger("some/event/name", {"some_data": 432, "my_file_key": file})

I guess the API can be simplified, but it stays like this for now.

Up next is logging RefFiles and this issue gets closed until RepoFiles are implemented.

This

logger("some/event", {"some_key": RefFile(path)})

will be enough for RefFiles. Simple API as the RefFile only implements the __dbx_encode__() method to compute the hash for the path.

you cannot add ExpFiles in meta at the moment. The experiment needs to be saved to create ExpFiles and the meta needs to be computed to save the experiment.
