我也遇到同样的问题，非本地机器无法访问服务。目前临时解决方案是，正常使用UI启动服务后，再执行
uvicorn "vnpy_webtrader.web:app" --host "0.0.0.0" --port "其他有效端口“ --reloadfrom vnpy_webtrader.
