joindiaspora.com failes about diaspora-webclient HOT 27 OPEN

I too am having this issue.

Hmm it look like joindiaspora.com is remove from http://podupti.me ´s podlist.
This is the place where we gets the pods url-list from!

To use an pod their is NOT on the podlist.

1. Just goto: menu->PodSettings.
2. Then write: joindiaspora.com (in the textbox)
3. Press: Use this pod
4. Go to Stream and login.

I tried that but it goes to blank stream and never prompts for login

I very well may need a new phone but it was working fine until recently

have you tried accessing joindiaspora.com via the android web browser?

because that doesn't work for me either if I go to joindiaspora.com and login it just goes into a login loop.

It does however work with firefox, and I noticed if you type in a pod incorrectly in the app settings you get the android browser 404 page so it might lie somewhere between the app and the default browser (??) ~ I don't know anything about app dev so it is just a random thinking out loud/shot in the dark.

I have just release an other app, their can switch between pods.
Do not know if this also has this bug ..

I just got the blackscreen...
I suspekt that this is because of my slow-mobil-internet(on wifi the blackscreen only shows for 2-3sec)
And the lack of loading-dialog.

I can get some of you to confirm this?

in regards to new app, it just redirects me to the phones browser and opens joindiaspora.com (or whatever other pod i chose)

on galaxy note 2, I wrote joindiaspora.com/ and it worked

same for me, "joindiaspora.com" (without https) works for me on geeksphone zero (GZR ROM 2.0)
