Thanks for reporting the bug. It was caused by empty URL specified in the monitoring instances list. I fixed this in 7fa36c2 and prepared a new release 1.3.5.
As to your question about the preferences, they are stored in a Realm database located at ~/Library/Application Support/com.volendavidov.NagBar/default.realm. The database can be viewed and manipulated with Realm Browser 2.1.12.

Fixed hey? Nice! I will give the fix a try some time. For the moment I'm up and running again by simply deleting that preferences file so that it gets recreated.
