If you select "Open with" on an apk file and select the wsa toolbox exe, it will automatically install the apk file. After you select "Open with" once, you won't need to do it again, and you can simply double click.

This happens if you close the command prompt window that opens when you open the application. Try keeping it open. I will be fixing this in the next version when I use a different compiler.
