Let me know if this is intentional. Per the example, it doesn't seem like it is, i.e. your example for listening to "$wamp.close" doesn't do its own $apply().
I believe this would break anybody who put their own $apply() in the event listeners, though.

OK, well, the PR fixes it. At least the "$wamp.open" and "$wamp.close" bits. I didn't test the challenge bit.
