Completed 'Loading', 'Saving' and 'Recent projects' portion of the project manager. This included some changes in the startup window as that will handle the checking and actual updating of the recent project file to keep everything organised. This loads of some of the processing and memory tasks away from the actual editor. Just a very small part and probably not even noticeable in terms of performance, but makes the actual editor part of the project less busy.
