Adding preset support

from create-vue.

I'm not going to add this feature. Too much complexity.

For simple projects, the command line arguments should suffice:

create-vue/index.ts

Lines 72 to 85 in f280b26

 // possible options: 

 // --default 

 // --typescript / --ts 

 // --jsx 

 // --router / --vue-router 

 // --pinia 

 // --with-tests / --tests (equals to `--vitest --cypress`) 

 // --vitest

 // --eslint 

 // --eslint-with-prettier (only support prettier through eslint for simplicity) 

 // --force (for force overwriting)

If you need more customization, please create your own scaffold, like https://github.com/vuetifyjs/create-vuetify

from create-vue.
