这个和出口IP有关，很可能你分配到的出口IP是香港的，所以就无法解锁ChatGPT了
通常情况下来说，WARP的出口IP都是就近分配的

本地部署即可，因为在本地部署可以根据自己的网络环境选择最优的接入IP
不过，值得注意的是，此处优选的是接入IP，而非出口IP
接入IP指的是连接 WireGuard 服务器时所使用的IP地址，而出口IP则是指在实际访问服务器时，服务器识别到的IP地址
在目前的情况下，只能在本地选择接入IP，而无法在选择出口IP

这是WARP的原理限制的，没有办法直接解决，除非添加在能解锁地区的前置代理

请问所以像c站https://civitai.com/ 这种连不上也是因为类似的出口IP原因吗，我google之类的网站都能登上，c站怎么都连不上
