Two levels to this problem
- With zoom clip area, clips both lines to zoom clipper that as is does NOT get extended with plot ranges
- without zoom clipper rect, clips original line to unknown limit; new line gets drawn correctly as dictated by new scales; prolly has to do with line tween.
Needs proper way to update zoomBase when ranges of plots change! Done but not commited.

Original bug was due to stroke-dasharray property of line when it was drawn. Setting stroke-dasharray to zero after transition end fixed the problem. Problem regarding clipping area was fixed by adjusting clipping are when plot ranges are adjusted. Working bugs/bug_zoom1.html in commit 7f233b6.
