Issue was with timing.
By the time it reached bigben, it was lapsed(went straight to TRIGERRED).
Adding a delay of few seconds in event time(original timestamp+ few seconds)fixed it for me.
Now the event is getting scheduled in next bucket.
problem is that I have to sacrifice original timestamp of event.

Hi Mandeep,
How far in future are you scheduling events? BigBen requires that events
are scheduled at least a minute ahead of current time.

ok, as of know I am scheduling it minute ahead(working perfectly fine).
In my case I want it be processed as soon I got the event.
But
Since I am using Http endpoint,consider a scenario where because of some network issue client was not able to send it to bigben for a minute.And after a minute connectivity restored .
Now it become responsibility of client to always update a timestamp , so that it should be minute ahead and scanned in next bucket.

That is correct. It's a limitation currently. Couple of other folks have
also commented on the same. I'm working on removing this limitation.
Hopefully in next couple of weeks I'll add the durability and longer retry
support in BigBen for late arrivals.
