You should post this question to some forum. We are unable to help you to fix issues if you are experimenting with a custom dataset because we have no knowledge about that. Closing this issue.

Actually, I prepared the custom dataset, the same way the dataset that used in your paper, the same tokenization techniques, and the same ratios. But instead of java projects, I used Android projects instead.

How many training examples you have?

I have 75000 examples and divided them using 80% 10% 10% ratios.
