Add kotlin bindings to coteafs-selenium about coteafs-selenium HOT 4 CLOSED

@revdfdev , I agree Kotlin is very powerful and does more in less code. But keeping in mind the larger audience who is using Selenium WebDriver, they prefer Java over Kotlin for Test Automation (including my organisation).

Kotlin itself being relatively new, it'll take time when Kotlin starts ruling the Automation space. Also, it will require time for most of the users to learn Kotlin.

Currently Kotlin is starting to take over micro service development space as many are using it instead of Java but that's not the case with Automation.

For now, let's keep larger interest in mind and keep focus on Java.

I'll keep this ticket open to see if anyone else is also interested in vouching for this idea.

@revdfdev , I would suggest you see in the issue backlog and work on the issue which you can help us solving. For now let's focus more on Java side as Kotlin doesn't have the ROI of our time. We can look into Kotlin later, if there is genuine requests from users in future.
