First up, what version of ruby & xerozier are you using?
Secondly, your example isn't going to be created due to:
Invoice doesn't have a status, "DRAFT" will work, but "AUTHORISED" will require a lineitem for the invoice.
Beyond that, the following sample works: Ruby 3.0.0 && Xeroizer 3.0.1
