Cannot get params and query-params in 0.6.0-RC3 about compojure HOT 2 CLOSED

In 0.6.0, the default middleware (wrap-params and wrap-cookies) has been removed from routes and defroutes. It was causing a bunch of issues for people.

You can add this middleware back in the usual fashion:

(def app
  (-> my-routes wrap-params wrap-cookies))

Or use the new functions in compojure.handler that bundle the most commonly-used middleware functions together:

(def app
  (handler/site my-routes))

This breaking change was mentioned on the Google group, but I probably need to also add it to the README so it's extra clear.
