This is more than just annoying for us - we're behind a nexus repository proxy, on an intermittently slow link, and for some reason it decides to check the snapshot dependency every time we build (despite having ":update :daily" in our repository configuration in project.clj) - leading to 10-second startup times for lein. (we can work around this by temporarily bypassing our nexus repository, but it's not a great fix)

Commit 22f7387 updates the leinjacker dependency for lein-ring 0.8.0-SNAPSHOT, so I think this fixes the thneed issue too. This version is also needed for Leiningen 2.0.0-RC1 per issue 61.
