Add expected ATR list to connect()
So that app could give hints when a wrong card is inserted and automatically select the right reaer
Add filtering options to certificate selection

Which will resolve after a successful authentication in case the certificate can be tracked to a card and the card is removed from the reader
add .done() and automagic (re-)connection
If a site knows that operations are done for this session, .done() coupled with "close on last client" could save resources with an auto-spawned, extension based app access.
Also make sure that future calls re-open the communication port if it gets closed for whatever reasons (like sleep)
add timeout to all calls
