HMAC authorization header is invalid about combell-api HOT 2 CLOSED

In the current version ( 0.1.0 ) the Authorization header is invalid (auth_authorization_header_invalid_format is returned by the API).
As stated in the README the codebase handles the error ( too gracefully in the combell.js errors function ).

What you see ( namely nothing ) when running ./dist/index.js IS the expected behaviour.

Explanation of the current problem

To demonstrate that ./dist/index.js actually works add the following line to the body of the only function in the file ( const accounts = ... ):

console.log('accounts: ', accounts, accounts.length)

To be complete, this is what ./dist/index.js should look like now:

const Combell = require('./combell.js');

// get /v2/accounts
const accounts = Combell.getAccounts().then(accounts => {
  // accounts is an array of account objects
  console.log('accounts: ', accounts, accounts.length)
});

module.exports = {};

If you run node ./dist/index.js again you should see some output:

$ node ./dist/index.js
accounts:  [] 0

The Error is created in response.js in the function errorhandler and thrown in the catch block of request.js.
