The original idea was to just exclude the single URL that you clicked - so it was very intuitive/quick.
It could also be "Edit">select item(s)/seeds>delete. A bit like choosing multiple mails to delete:

One of the reasons we didn't do this initially is that the list moves, though we can get around that by pausing it on hover.
I assume you would expect this to just exclude the single URL that you clicked? This would require an "exact match" setting to be added, or it could be added as a regex pattern but that's less intuitive for anyone who isn't a regex expert :)
