It is because your "features highly correlated" are very few.
The code ax.set_yticklabels(list(corr_matrix_plot.index), size = int(160 / corr_matrix_plot.shape[0])); (in line 583/587 of feature_selector.py) results in your problems. Actually, you can change the size = *.
