Resizing the window on Macs with Retina displays also shows instability about the size and/or position of the main canvas texture during resizes. This doesn't happen on other platforms nor on non-Retina Macs.

The "angle" branch solves many of these issues, after patching ANGLE to use CVDisplayLink for syncing with monitor refreshes.
The remaining issues are some red borders that appears during some resizes, slow resizes when close to the monitor large on 5K retinas, and unstable position of the content during resizes with vsync turned off.
