Added a slightly modified node-friendly version of Prism.js based on a contribution by @buymeasoda (see PrismJS/prism#12 (comment)), this will be used instead of the DOM-based implementation in future.

For future reference, Prism.js can now be used within the Grunt task like this:

var Prism = require('./lib/prism');
Prism.highlight('<div class="test">test</div>', Prism.languages.markup);
