I found this blurred track from Freesound that made me think they can provide some sort of flag on sensitive content. I haven't checked on their API yet, but I'm letting the registry for when this task is tackled.

Great find! The is_explicit field is not available in the Freesound API response. I opened an issue to add it in the Freesound repository: MTG/freesound#1686

We probably require a new column for sensitiveness, so this is blocked on the #416 project.
