'exception' handling difference with thrift about frugal HOT 9 CLOSED

Where directory.frugal had a Union with a property named "exception"

So to clarify, the problem occurs when creating the intermediate thrift IDL file and doesn't occur when generating solely with frugal?

Because thrift does. I guess the real question is why does thrift not allow it?
