maybe discuss base r vs tidyverse?

we should try to reconcile the slides indicating to create a new project and the instructions on using the .Rproj
file downloaded from the GH repo. Otherwise, we should decide which of the two instructions we'll keep for the session

not exclusively related to this session, but it was in this session when we noticed this: a couple of participants had an outdated version of R which caused errors when trying to install tidyverse
and other packages. The installation instructions we send previous to the course should then clarify that we require them to use version 4.0.0+ so they won't have any problems in this sense
