add PortChecker with options Number, Reachable
in AwaitUp reachable should true and defined as first checker, in AwaitDown false as as last checker
checkers API should be extended with field Barier and port checker will not allow to check next checkers if one of the previous are not ok which will allow to skip next checkers (bundle/event/installer) if AEM HTTP port is not accessible
also Barier checker should not be run if one of previous checks failed
from aemc.
