Dolphin is not preconfigured correctly on first install about retrodeck HOT 7 CLOSED

Hmmm, you might also need to add a GCKeyNew.ini
I just installed RetroDeck, and I was wondering why dolphin would not take any virtual keyboard inputs.
I took a look at GCKeyNew.ini that got created on dolphins first startup, and I found this:

On my laptop, the correct device for the keyboard is

Device = evdev/0/Full Speed Keyboard

Such a device does not even show when starting dolphin from the tools menu and going to the Hotkeys Config Menu...
Perhaps ES-DEs keyboard config puts in a conflict here, or something else is the matter.
I am using the current release on retrodeck, and the dolphin shortcuts for increasing and decreasing emulation speed simply do not work for me...

Thanks for picking that up again.
I had a look at the steamdecks /proc/bus/input/devices
There is no "Full Speed Keyboard" there. The "Translated AT Set keyboard exists" but does not work, neither on the laptop nor on the Steam deck.
The Input Source ""Valve Software Steam Controller" to set up, but dolphin does not display it in the menu.
I tried the standalone dolphin flatpack from the discover store. It has the same problem, not seeing the steam decks virtual keyboard that maps the custom keys from the controller config...
