[Meta] Python SDK initial release about xata-py HOT 3 CLOSED

I'd say we should have 3 parts of the SDK.

• Control plane APIs
• Data plane APIs
• ORM that uses data plane APIs (likely with a codegen too)

If we design our ORM based on how django looks like we will likely reduce friction with developers.

restaurant = Restaurant(place=p1, serves_hot_dogs=True, serves_pizza=False)
restaurant.save()

Entry.objects.all().filter(pub_date__year=2006)
Entry.objects.all()[:5] // Limit
Entry.objects.all()[5:10] // Limit and offset

We don't necessarily need to build all of them at the same time or now, but we kind of need to define scopes and architecture around it.
