Based on that screenshot you didn’t have data/id_database.json in the same folder?

Just re-downloaded everything and confirmed that data/id_database.json & the rest of the folder structure were correct when I started the terminal. The first two attempt to execute fail, and after running with -update it appears to work correctly.

Can you do me a favor and see if a pinecone folder exists in your user directory. Very possible I uploaded a WIP build. /tim/pinecone or .pinecone would be the directory.

Sure. What location specifically? If you mean here: C:\Users\Tim (for example), there's no pinecone directory there.

Subsequent runs don't require -update, just the first run. After that, it works as expected. Shooting in the dark, maybe something is wrong with the json currently uploaded to github?

The CRC32 of the json when downloaded from github is 470032A2, and after running -update the file hash is E00D8E51.

Ohhhh, f*ing github. I've been right clicking and save as for the git json, and github does it's own file formatting/etc when you download that way, at least for me.

If go to to code, download the whole ZIP, that will give you a correct JSON and folder structure to add your executable to.

When in doubt, run the -update command to grab the newest JSON anyway.
