Gotcha, I can reproduce the same on Firefox. I will work on a fix in 1-2 days.

Can you double-check whether the v1.21.2 https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tab-manager-v2/ fixes the problem for you?

Can you provide a little more information ...

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0

Graphics Platform: X11
and Mozilla Firefox Version: 99.0.1 (64-bit)

I found hotkeys and the trick was Ctrl+Enter!
It was a lot tricky to find that section,
Anyway, thank you for creating this life saver.

I don't understand why a user should have to open the extension in a new tab for such a function.
The popup window (click the icon) is a lite search box so that it loads a little faster and you can quickly search and jump to the desired tab.
You can open the standalone window (Command+t in macOS, Alt+t others) or open a new tab (Command+o in macOS, Ctrl+o others).
I'm considering an option to toggle whether to use the lite version in the popup window and like to hear your opinion.

No, the point was that I installed the add-on and after opening with click I couldn't go to any tabs. Then I thought it may be a bug, after a little bit of messing with that found that I should open floating window with hotkey to be able to do navigate to tabs.
Then I can't enter any tab with Enter key or clicking, if I opened floating window by clicking on its icon.
I don't know if it's only related to my system or what, then please consider this if I'm right.

The other thing I want to bring up is grouping, or just grouping visually based on some rule or even users custom grouping. This may be really a good option I'm looking for.
You might not be bad to take a look at this link.
Anyway the sorting option provided is great.

What you describe is definitely a bug.
Can you provide a little more information so that I can reproduce it? Things like the below will help me a lot:
- Chrome (or other browser you used the extension) version,
- Extension version (you can click the setting icon and scroll to bottom to find the version)
- OS name and version
It would be great if you can share any screenshots.
