I believe I found the issue--a few variables in the json file were set incorrectly:
- local_prepend was set to D:\OneDrive\Music\MusicBee, but should have been set to M:\MusicBee, so the resulting paths in the Plex playlists were invalid
- I used relative paths (to where PPP.py was saved) for the working directories, which resulting in no playlist being sent to Plex. I verified this was the issue when I was using PostMan to manually send the temporary playlists PPP was generating
