At this time, multiple schemas are not supported. I'd greatly appreciate a pull request though if you got this working! You would need to separately generate a schema for the public and clientx schemas in this example.
I don't think this scenario would work with xo currently though, as the way the types are looked up is dependent on the schema.

I am interested in multiple schemas support, in special case for mssql.
I tried to patch xo in order to support multiple schemas but it is more challenging than it seems
