This is a known problem (#36 (comment)), happens when updateChannelTopic is enabled and multiServer is disabled, and is fixed 6 days ago. 6f5ef9e
As you are running 1.19, you may go to download the latest build to solve this problem. If you can't do that, you may also temporarily set multiServer.enable to true to solve this problem, and you may set it back to false after MCDC updates to 2.0.0-alpha.4.

Meaning a Chat that is sent in Discord, gets sent to Minecraft, but the chat from Minecraft does not get sent back to discord.
