the database on config file should be the SID and I guess you can remove the service name unless your using an alias service name that is different from SID?. Try this config below.

its, solved!!! :D
the problem was i was writinng lower case, i didnt knew values were case sensitive, i look over my tnsnames.ora and the name of SID (instance is uppercase), and also remove the service_name as yajra mention, and voila, i got connected!
