Can not reproduce the same result when reimplementing in Pytorch! about val HOT 4 OPEN

I am reimplementing this work in Pytorch. My code doesn't give the same result as the reported results in the paper. Can you guys help me out by seeing my code? I will appreciate it very much.

I have run the download_fashion_iq.py. It shows that some url links are broken and some images are missing. The missing images are recorded in missing_dress.log file. I think there is a problem with the dataset.
