I carry out the full cycle of recruitment: taking the vacancy and posting it on various sources, search for candidates on different platforms, interviewing, writing screening, organizing interviews with hiring managers, communicating with candidates at all stages of the interview, controlling the output of the candidate and the passage of his probationary period.

I do have experience working with various companies: both Russian and European, both small and corporate. Accordingly, I have experience in searching for candidates in different markets. Also I have experience in interviewing in English, my English is not fluent yet, but I am actively working on it.
