Searched about grep today, but I thought would be great to leave this here for inspiration!
Examples of how some *nix tools handle something closely related to this issue [0]. As detect-secrets has implemented --exclude-lines
the grep like-options could be a good fit and in my personal opinion, this approach [1] looks really clean.
