add an example that parses Apache access logs about mrjob HOT 6 OPEN

We don't have an example for Apache access logs, but mr_postfix_bounce.py is an example that processes logs in a useful way. Going to push this Issue to the bottom of the list for now.

Can probably #wontfix this. If someone is smart enough to understand that mrjob reads newline-separated input strings, they can google for "python parse apache logs" and find this.

If someone with no knowledge of Hadoop could feed their Apache logs to a mrjob example and get out interesting results, that'd be a great experience.
