@samdark yes. My example:
$thumb = Image::thumbnail($this->getImageFullPath(), 600, 400, ManipulatorInterface::THUMBNAIL_INSET);
$thumb->save($this->getThumbFullPath());

@samdark When i revert to 2.0.3 version it's working good. Images creating are centered.
