Isn't this line enough?

This extension adds most common image functions and also acts as a wrapper to Imagine image manipulation library for Yii framework 2.0.

This extension adds most common image functions and also acts as a wrapper to Imagine image manipulation library for Yii framework 2.0

So from my understanding a wrapper has to fullfill a purpose of some kind. An example would be the integration within the framework to make use of some chracteristics within this framework. As far as i can tell (and i'm surely might be wrong) this is not the case. That said i'm also stugling to see what other kind of "wrapping" is done by this library. As far as i can tell there is no difference in just using pure imagine.

I'd really like to a suggestion - but as you can see, i need help to get the point

There's not much the wrapper adds but some things are kinda useful:

• It abstracts the low level library used.
• It adds some shortcut methods to commonly used operations.
