Well, in most cases, you won't have to thank more than 3 people. You could do that with 3 commands, it's not that hard lol.
How would we show the current point state for the thanked users? If it sends multiple messages in a row, it could get rate limited.
How would the cooldown work with the new system?
Also, great potential to spam the bot.

Just combine into one message:

user1 has xx points, user2 has xx points and user3 has xx points.

We can combine it into one message, limit the user count to 10 and just use the old cooldown system, no changes there. And it doesn't matter if we need to use it often, we just reserve us the possibility.
