All clients offline about meshcentral HOT 6 CLOSED

Investigating now! If you can, try to restart the agent on the Win7 machines. Problem may fix itself, but it looks like there is a problem in the self-update system. Restarting the agent may fix it.

Published MeshCentral v0.2.4-l that fixed this. Our new Windows Terminal code that was intended to make the terminal work better caused the agent to lockup on older Windows OS versions. I reversed the change for now.

MeshCentral v0.2.4-I installed, reboot server and client machine but it's still offline.

So sorry about that. Just published MeshCentral v0.2.4-m with a much better fix for Windows7. Try it again and see if it works. I will also work on a small executable to cause an easy agent reset to un-jam existing agents.

Seems like the latest version of MeshCentral fixed the Win7 issue. But if you have agents that are stuck try this:

MeshReset64.exe - 64bit Windows Binary
MeshReset.exe - 32bit Windows Binary

Run “meshreset64.exe reset” to reset the 64 bit agents and make it work again. For 32bit agents, use the 32 binary. If not sure, it’s ok to run both. You can also run “meshreset.exe remove” to wipe an agent installation. Both of these binaries are signed.

Issue fixed running "meshreset.exe remove" and intalling agent again.
