ESC should exit ... Up/Down should cycle in a loop? about textcomplete HOT 6 CLOSED

I submitted a pull request on the ESC one ... didn't have a chance to look at the up/down cycle and I hear the pitter patter of little feet calling so I'll leave that now for someone else or me later. ;-)

I found that GitHub's form doesn't loop around but keep top and bottom position when you attempt to move to the out of list. Which is better?

Facebook's tagging system cycles through ... I just compared side by side and I think I prefer the cycling through setup to the stop at bottom or top version. What do you think ?

Submitted a pull request for up/down cycling. If you want to make it an option to stop at the bottom and top instead, it can be easily added to that.
