Thanks for trying it out! In finishing up the paper for the conference last December I didn't have time to clean up and commit the changes to tts_data_tools and Morgana that I made while working on the paper, but I added all changes in a temp branch (without checking the changes or splitting into smaller commits).

I'm back to the PhD next week so will be working on it properly again, but for now you can find the changes here:

This can be installed from pip (if you cloned and installed with python setup.py develop then you can just switch branch):
pip install git+https://github.com/ZackHodari/tts_data_tools@temp

There are quite a lot of changes, but if its simpler for you, it might be possible to just copy the code you need (though there might be other changes that are required to make f0_phrase_AE work, but I can't remember)
