Can you verify the module is enabled?
Also what version of foundry and PF2e system is installed?

Interesting. If you could, try enabling like 5-10 at a time until it stops showing up, then narrow it down and see what's conflicting.
I haven't seen this in my own experience. I've seen it bumped off the title if you have a lot of mods that add things to the title bar, but it usually will show up if you expand the size of the character sheet. From the first image you posted, it doesn't seem like that was the case.
