provide image with mkdocs inside about jenkins-agent HOT 2 CLOSED

mkdocs added as part of the zebrunner/jenkins-slave:1.2-docker image only!
By default mkdocs not present as it increase image size almost twice due to the python/pip etc.

verified on mine own as this image is not going to be used as default in CE:
