try to include the library in a project that supports modules. It is now included in the old-way project. Maybe this is the issue

but I see vendor in your error. This is vendoring, not modules.

The problem solved.
I've used go modules but the problem had roots in using -a -installsuffix cgo -ldflags '-extldflags "-static" -X app.Version=v2021.04.03-140818-a6a2828 -X app.CommitHash=a6a2828f0aeabdd0f70657c014c504eb36d8f983' flags.
when I removed them everything gone well.
