I had the same issue when I first looked around and decided to give goji a try on windows. Unfortunately it expects a *nix system. I'll be happy to make the pull request if you want - I solved it by mocking the functionality in the bind package for both systemd and einhorn, splitting the implementation into windows and non-windows source files.

Yeah, I wrote and tested Goji on *NIX, and I know very little about systems programming on Windows—sorry! (the fact that the "syscall" docs on golang.org make no reference to Windows doesn't help either :P)
There's a PR open (#5) for getting Goji to work on Windows, so let's track things there.
