Build errors on OS X 10.9 "mkernel for C++ on Darwin/i386", "kern/locks.h file not found" about zerotierone HOT 5 CLOSED

It runs on 10.9 using modules built for 10.8, but I haven't tried building tap-mac on 10.9 yet. Looks like some changes are afoot.

In the next rev I am going to include a binary distribution of the tuntap module for ZeroTier, since this has been the thorneist aspect of the build process. It'll also eventually be signed, since 10.9 wants signed kernel modules or it shows a big warning to the user at first kernel module load time. I just have to spring for the certificate. :(

Here is a pre-built driver:

Unzip this then put tap.kext into /Library/Application Support/ZeroTier/One
Finally, do this:

sudo chown root:wheel "/Library/Application Support/ZeroTier/One/tap.kext"

Then zerotier-one should run. You'll get a warning once about an unsigned kernel mod.
